About

Free Gotham.

I love music, particularly rock and roll. I also love movies. And television. I love politics. I love writing about each of these things.

Thus, you have FreeGotham.com. Thank you for visiting.

There are no limitations in place on this site. I might write on the right side of things or at times listen to a harder breed of music, but there is room for open thought and discussion on anything at all. Anything at all. Jason Nivens is a contributing author to this site; him and I often disagree on things, yet we remain good friends. When people disagree, it doesn’t mean it’s the end of all discussion. As heated or as irritated as debates can get, whether it’s about our current President or the latest Stone Sour album or M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie, at the end of the day, we don’t need to be enemies. Neighbors can disagree and still be neighbors.

That is FreeGotham.com.

Thanks for visiting. Interested in contributing? The easiest way is to leave a comment on any of the posts. If you want to get serious about it, though, like Nivens or my good friend Neanderpaul, click here to email me and we can talk things over.

Good luck.

Chuck Armstrong

Update, 10.07.10: The legendary Bob Grant will be featured on FreeGotham.com! Find out more about Grant at BobGrantOnline.com.
