FreeGotham.com is a diverse site, covering things from music to movies to politics. To better learn you in the ways of Free Gotham, a brief description of each category is listed below.
Gotham Music – Rock and roll. Simple as that. This category focuses on all things active and mainstream rock, from Metallica to Stone Sour to Avenged Sevenfold to Stone Temple Pilots to AC/DC to Slipknot (to just name a few). Album reviews, news, opinions. It’s all here.
Gotham Concerts - Nothing hidden here. Any concert review/news will be dropped in this category.
A Gotham Twist - As with most people, I don’t just like one genre of music. In fact, I’m an avid fan of alternative country, acts like Son Volt, Wilco, The Band of Heathens, Freedy Johnston and Ryan Adams (that’s a start at least). Bands that don’t fit the mold of Gotham Music can be found here. Also, anything that doesn’t fit any of the other categories can be found here…A Gotham Twist is a clever (maybe?) way of saying random or in the words of Jeopardy!, potpourri.
