Paul “Neanderpaul” Marshall is a 26-year veteran of the Radio industry.
His travels have taken him all over the United States, where he’s seen “things” and heard “stuff.” The kinds of things that would cause him to opine. Opine about the stuff he sees, and hears. A gormandizer of the finest (and not so finest) music, Paul has contributed to two published books (The Van Halen Encyclopedia & Full Metal Jackie Certified: The 50 Most Influential Heavy Metal Songs of the 80’s and the True Stories Behind Their Lyrics). He’s also been a post- “Monday Night Football” analyst for the ABC affiliate in several Northern California markets, and one of the most recognizable Oakland Raiders fans in America. He has been seen in the pages of Playboy, Stuff, on Fox’s “Under The Helmet,” HBO’s “Inside The NFL,” and in the 2003 film: “Raider Nation.”
A failed musician (thanks to an abominable lack of talent, combined with the “Grunge” movement of the early 90’s), Paul returned to radio in 1991. Where he’s spent almost every day since, surrounding himself with music, and observing the world around him via his inimitably skewed view. He loves dogs, and supports rescue operations nationwide. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona where he programs 93.3 KDKB FM, and holds down the Afternoon Drive time shift Mon-Fri 3-7P. You can also find him on the web at Neanderpaul.com.
